Richard Palmer

President, Nehemiah Manufacturing Company

Richard is President of Nehemiah Manufacturing, a consumer packaged goods manufacturer based in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Nehemiah is a purpose driven company focused on building consumer brands, while also creating jobs and bringing hope back to the inner-city of Cincinnati.  Prior to Nehemiah, Richard founded Cascades Advisory Group, a strategy and operations consulting firm and was a partner with Orchard Holdings, a private equity firm.  Richard has also held management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Procter & Gamble and Ernst & Young Management Consulting.   While at P&G, Richard worked on the Pampers brand and pioneered some of the brand's early internet and ecommerce efforts.
Richard received his Masters of Business Administration with High Distinction from The University of Michigan and is also a graduate of Miami University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics.
