TSG has been a qualified supplier to nearly all the major nonwoven roll-goods manufacturers and the major hospital supply distributors in the USA, for nearly 40 years.
Specializing in the treatment and processing of medical, healthcare, hygiene, sanitary and military fabrics…either woven, nonwoven or knit. This defines us as a qualified supplier of medical textiles. In this immediate time of supply need, we would like to reiterate our capabilities.
We have the ability to immediately take regular textile products, both woven and nonwoven, and convert them into Level 1 or Level 2 medical grade materials to make into these various PPE, or other essential textiles that are in dire need during this COVID-19 outbreak.
This is inclusive of the application of anti-bacterial & anti-fungal treatments, alcohol repellents, anti-static, water & oil repellents, and abrasion resistance.
We are performing all these services right now for non-medical textiles. Our message is, that we can do this right NOW, there is no development or ramp-up needed.
