GHC partners with A.Celli Nonwovens and Reicofil
The Chinese company has been impressed by the remarkable performance achieved by A.Celli’s solutions installed in the new Reicofil RF5 in Jinjiang, Quanzhou City.
The RF5 line is engineered to handle both spunbond nonwoven and high loft products; this, combined with A.Celli’s innovative technical solutions, offers exceptional operational flexibility for the processing of a wide range of products and basis weights.
The A.Celli scope of supply for the 3.2 RF5 line in object included:
- E-WIND® WAVE master roll winder
- E-WIND® SUPER SONIC slitter rewinder, equipped with the A.Celli SLITTOMATIC automatic knives positioning system and the COREMATIC system for automatic shaft handling and core cutting
- Fully automated R-WAY® SLITTOPACK packaging system designed to streamline operations by minimizing operator intervention. This solution ensures both a regular information flow from the production line to the shipping area (through data tracking) and seamless integration with customer ERP.
Thanks to the implementation of this new production line, GHC now stands among the leading market suppliers of hygienic spunlaid materials. This enhancement reflects the company’s commitment to meeting industry standards and ensuring the supply of top-quality products in the hygiene sector.
