Mr. Hoar, former President of R.H. Sheppard Co., most recently facilitated the acquisition of R.H. Sheppard by WABCO Holdings.  As the manufacturer of leading steering technologies for commercial vehicles, R.H. Sheppard was a perfect, complementary fit for WABCO, a global supplier of technologies and services that improve safety, efficiency and connectivity to commercial vehicles.  Mr. Hoar’s extensive, 14-year background in business and manufacturing at R.H. Sheppard makes Oliver a great addition to Elsner’s Board.
