Appointment of Vincent Legros at Bostik
September 1, 2016 – Effective 1st September 2016, Vincent Legros is being appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bostik and becomes a member of Arkema’s Executive Committee.
Vincent Legros, 43 years old, graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, is an engineer from Ponts et Chaussées, and holds an advanced diploma (DEA) in production and company organization.
He joined the Saint-Gobain group in 1998 as Production Engineer at the Pont-à-Mousson plant (1998 – 2000), followed by Plant Manager at the Toul plant (2000 – 2002), Deputy Plant Manager at the Pont-à-Mousson plant (2000 – 2004), and Director of the Pipes and Fittings business (2004 – 2006). He was appointed Operations Director at Saint-Gobain Pont-à-Mousson in 2006. From 2009 to 2013 he held the post of Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Pont-à-Mousson China. Since 2013 he had been Deputy Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Pont-à-Mousson and Director of the group’s Pipe business.
