Nonwovens Association continues its thrust of adding value for members
Cary, N.C. – April 15, 2013 – INDA, Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, has appointed Brad Kalil as the new Director of Market Research & Statistics. Kalil will be joining INDA effective April 22nd. INDA’s previous Director of Market Research & Statistics, Ian Butler, retired in 2012. The appointment of Kalil will continue to put INDA at the forefront of data gathering, interpreting and reporting that is so vital to INDA membership.
Kalil comes to INDA from The Hartman Group where he was Senior Quantitative Research Analyst, advising the world’s best known brands on consumer demand and market strategy. Prior to joining The Hartman Group, Kalil had a number of market research/analyst roles in the specialty pulp, tissue and hygiene markets. He also worked for RISI and spent seven years with Weyerhaeuser in market research and business intelligence with many of his customers being the largest hygiene producers in the world.
Dave Rousse, INDA President, commented on Kalil’s appointment by saying, “Brad Kalil has clearly demonstrated his ability to extract and analyze information and provide useful reports and insights. He is an excellent writer and presenter and will fill this important role that was left when Ian Butler retired.”
Rousse continued, “We truly valued Ian Butler’s contributions and appreciated his ability to collect information and package it in such a way as to give companies strategic, actionable information. He has generously agreed to participate in Brad’s orientation to INDA and this role. We feel confident that Brad will take up Ian’s mantle and deliver timely, relevant information to our membership.”
