At the heart of the organization is its advanced needlefelt operation with multiple production lines including wide width, heavy weight, and tubular needlefelt processing. These specialized processing lines can integrate fiber blends, layering/supporting materials to produce engineered fabrics from 4 to 120 oz/yd2.
The organization also boasts a wide array of finishing capabilities to customize fabrics and meet demanding performance specifications. Multiple converting services are available in-house including laminating, impregnating, singeing, calendering, hot melt coating, and much more.
Albarrie is a leading North American producer of specialty filtration fabrics. For this product preview, we are featuring P84®(Polyimide) high temperature filter media. The unique multilobal cross section of the P84® fiber offers substantially more surface area compared to conventional round fibers and is the key advantage of P84®. This increased surface area results in high filtration efficiency even for sub-micron dust particles.
