Non-Woven R&D Manager

• Lead the research and development of non-woven products from concept  through commercialization. 
• Evaluate and approve new equipment and production lines to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance seamless product development and implementation.
• Work  with Sales& Marketing to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain project time lines, budgets and resources allocations.to ensure timely and cost effective project completion.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning  and improvement. 
• Establish and maintain relationships  with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to support product development and commercialization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standard, regulations, and  company.
