LG Chem Considers Bid for Woongjin Chemical
Summer time is typically the time for planning vacations, enjoying the warm, sunny weather, going to the beach or doing yard work. In amongst the Summer time activities, business does go on as evidenced by recent news out of Korea. LG Chem is contemplating acquiring Woongin Chemical, a recent IDEA 2013 exhibitor. Other companies appear to be looking at Woongjin Chemical with interest too. No official deals yet, but it will be interesting to keep an eye on things as they develop.
