Nanocellulose, the Amazing Material That Promises Flexible Displays, Faster Cars and Bullet-Proof Suits
Nano is everywhere these days. It is the hottest technology out there and, now, there’s a new nano in town. Nanocellulose. It is being touted as a super material and previously it’s been extremely expensive to produce. But, with a bit of research, there’s a new technique: algae + sunlight + carbon dioxide = nanocellulose. Applications can range from bendable batteries to lighter cars and super filters. Sounds like there are a world of possibilities with this new material.
