Elsner Builds Value with New Hire, Gordon Laabs

Addition of Lean Specialist Furthers Elsner’s Commitment to Highest Level of Productivity

Hanover, PA, June 14, 2016– Elsner Engineering proudly announces the addition of an operational excellence professional, Lean Specialist, Gordon Laabs. Gordon’s role will build on Elsner’s initiatives toward performance, longevity and dedicated focus and commitment to the converting industry.

A Hanover, PA native, Gordon is a graduate of Hanover High School. An honorably discharged Marine Corps Veteran, Gordon graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics. He began his professional career in strategy competency at Accenture.   A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt since 2005, Gordon’s last professional role was as a Consultant at Johnson & Johnson within their Regulatory Operations group.  Having lived in Brazil until recently when he relocated to Hanover, Gordon’s wife Andrea and their children will follow at the end of the Brazilian school year, December 2016.
