Is there a written policy? – (have you read it and understood its impact on filtration decisions?)

Are there Regulatory expectations?
Local – Are there air quality city ordinances, parish regulations, state laws etc.? – (do they have influence on the application you are considering?)
National – Are there EPA guidelines or OSHA workplace rules (current and anticipated) in effect? – ( Are there special environmental permits in effect?)

Is there genuine commitment to air quality? – (will top managers want to be informed on air filtration application or activities?)
Is this philosophy static or dynamic? – (do you anticipate healthy involvement or apathy?)
Is product Quality influenced? – (does attention to “Lean” thinking and continuous improvement need to be involved with filter application decisions?)
Are security issues at play that can influence filter decisions?
Are terrorism threats an influence on the decision? – (is the nature of company business a security risk?)
